unstar this property answer text <p>As I said in my previous answer, I am confident that the Scotland Bill will deliver the Smith Commission agreement in full and will be recognised as doing so. There is no question that the Bill makes very significant transfers of power to the Scottish Parliament in a number of areas and is meeting our commitment to the people of Scotland. It is now for the Scottish Government to tell us how they plan to use the powers which are coming their way.</p><p> </p> more like this
