This campaign showcases the expertise of our legal services, the integrity and experience of our judiciary and the benefits of using English Common Law to a global audience that will help us build stronger links with both emerging and established markets.</p><p> </p><p>We intend to provide continuity and certainty for businesses, families and individuals by seeking continued civil judicial cooperation between the EU and UK. Such cooperation underpins the resolution of international commercial disputes. unstar this property answer text <p>The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) licencing conditions state that:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>“Wherever possible only CE marked medical devices must be used.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Further, HFEA guidance states that:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>“The centre should use only media and consumables that have been CE-marked at a classification suitable for their intended purpose. Modifying existing devices (for example, adding calcium ionophore to culture medium) or using them ‘off label’ for purposes not intended by the manufacturer (for example, using a medium for a different purpose from that specified) has safety implications. It may also count as</p><p> </p><p>manufacture of a new device under the Medical Devices Regulations.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>“If the centre does choose to modify an existing product or use a product ‘off label’, it should (as the ‘manufacturer’) complete a risk analysis and validation to ensure the product or process is safe.”</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p>

unstar this property answer text <p>In order to safeguard an individual’s personal information and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Home Office is limited in terms of the information it can provide when a request is made by someone who is not the individual concerned.</p><p> </p><p>As a result, the Home Office does not routinely comment on individual cases. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis where the individual themselves has made their immigration status public knowledge, and where it would be in the public interest to correct a specific statement that has been made.</p> more like this
