unstar this property answer text <p>Most DWP services are available in Welsh without the need for a request, via the online services provided by the Department through <a href="https://www.gov.uk/cymraeg" target="_blank">GOV.UK </a>:</p><p> </p><p>Jobseekers Allowance Online</p><p>Carer’s Allowance</p><p>Access to Work</p><p>Reporting Benefit Fraud</p><p>Universal Jobmatch</p><p>Budgeting Loan</p><p>Find a Lost Pension</p><p>Check Your State Pension</p><p>State Pension Online</p><p>Tell Us Once</p><p> </p><p>An Online complaints portal, to allow customers to raise any complaints about Jobseekers Allowance or Universal Credit, is also available in Welsh from the DWP corporate pages on <a href="https://www.gov.uk/" target="_blank">GOV.UK</a>.</p><p> </p><p>Universal Credit can be claimed online in English. We are planning a Welsh Language solution due in 2018. In the interim, Universal Credit can be claimed in Welsh over the telephone via our Service Centres.</p> more like this
