	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/12/2014 answer text <p>The First-tier Tribunal (Social Security and Child Support), administered by HM Courts &amp; Tribunals Service (HMCTS), hears appeals against Department for Work and Pensions’ (DWP) decisions on a range of benefits, including Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit, and Incapacity Benefit.</p><p> </p><p>(1) Appeals against decisions for ESA can be made for various reasons, not just about entitlement.
