	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>We do not publish this specific data for all applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), however the vast majority of such cases are dealt with within the service standard of 6 months (which applies to straightforward applications, where the customer has met all their obligations). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2018 answer text <p>The issuing of voluntary withdrawal forms was part of a standard template introduced in April 2015 that was issued to all asylum claimants when they were notified that their asylum claim was not a straightforward claim and therefore a decision would be delayed.
