As the Withdrawal Agreement is based on residence rights stemming from existing EU law, it is compliant with the UK’s obligations as set out in the European Convention on Human Rights, which applies in all EU Member States and which includes the right to family life.</p><p>Frontier workers who are protected by Article 24 of the draft Withdrawal Agreement and who wish to continue to frontier work in the UK may apply to the EU Settlement Scheme should they wish for example, if they have been or expect to be resident in the UK for sufficient periods to be eligible for the scheme. Alternatively, they may be subject to a requirement to obtain a document to evidence their right to enter the UK and work as a frontier worker in line with Article 26 of the draft Withdrawal Agreement. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/01/2019 answer text <p>The application process for the EU Settlement Scheme can be completed on any smartphone, tablet or computer. This includes Apple devices.</p><p>The ‘EU Exit: Identity Document Check’ app which allows applicants to prove their identity remotely, without sending in their passport or national identity card is currently available only on Android devices. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/02/2019 answer text <p>As part of our commitment to improving the end to end process for applicants, feedback will be sought via an online survey, alongside other feedback mechanisms we have in place.</p><p>An example of where we have achieved this would be during Private Beta 2, the survey was undertaken voluntarily by applicants after they had submitted their application form. In total, 1,330 PB2 applicants completed the survey, which covered a variety of elements from communications to the different stages in the application process.
