star this property answer text <p>The Government has provided more than £4.2 billion of additional funding to prepare for EU Exit since 2016, including over £2 billion for core activities in 2019-20 for deal and no deal scenarios.</p><p>The 2019-20 allocations were announced in a Written Ministerial Statement on 18 December 2018, with the Scottish Government allocated £54.7m through the Barnett Formula.</p><p>This follows the Scottish Government’s £37.3m Barnett-based allocation from a £1.5 billion fund in 2018-19.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The additional funding for computing science in education formed part of the Skills package announced at the 2017 Autumn Budget. star this property answer text <p>Under the Scottish Government’s fiscal framework agreement, the Scottish Government can borrow up to £600m per year – within an overall limit of £1.75bn - for any observed or forecast shortfall in devolved or assigned tax receipts or demand-led welfare expenditure in the event of a Scotland-specific economic shock. Where this provision is triggered, the Scottish Government will be able to draw down resource borrowing from the National Loans Fund within the agreed limits as deemed appropriate to manage any volatility in their budgets.</p> more like this
