The Recruiting Partnering Project remains within the overall agreed cost of £1.360 <ins class="ministerial">billion. </ins><del class="ministerial">million.</del><br /><br />My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence (Philip Hammond) set out on 14 January 2014 the cost of Capita providing a new Information Technology platform as part of the Recruiting Partnering Project (Official Report: column 716). At the time, these costs were expected to be around £47.7 million directly linked to the change of hosting provision. Since this statement, these costs have reduced to around £42.9 million. <br /><br />As previously stated by the Secretary of State on 14 January, there has been an additional cost of around £1 million per month to run the Capita system. On 15 November 2014, the Senior Minister of State, my noble Friend, the right hon. Baroness Warsi gave a speech in Washington stressing the need for an international response to the persecution of Christians and other religious minorities. We are concerned about the rising tide of persecution of individuals on the basis of their religion and belief. We regularly raise individual cases and discriminatory legislation with other governments and we support overseas programmes designed to overcome prejudice, discrimination and sectarianism. We also work in multilateral fora to ensure that the right to freedom of thought, conscience and belief is afforded the international legal protection that it deserves. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/06/2014 answer text <p>The Food Standards Agency (FSA) advises that no <em>Trichinella</em> infection has been found in United Kingdom domestic livestock in the past 30 years. <em>Trichinella </em>infection in food producing animals is controlled by European Union regulations, which are directly applicable in the UK. UK industry routinely tests export pigs as required by their export markets, and all sows and boars, horses and feral wild boar going through approved establishments for Trichinella (which currently amounts to about 3–4 million pigs a year), alongside a FSA programme of surveillance in wildlife.</p><p> </p><p>Monitoring for evidence of Trichinella infection in foxes has been carried out in the UK since 1999. Foxes are tested because they are a good indicator of the presence of infection. There have been only two incidences of <em>Trichinella Spiralis </em>found in foxes in Northern Ireland, one in 2007 and one in 2009, and just one incident of <em>Trichinella Pseudospiralis</em> in a fox in Great Britain in 2013.</p><p> </p><p>In terms of human infections, Trichinellosis in humans is notifiable to the Department and any case that occurs is investigated and where possible the source of infection is identified. There have been no human cases acquired from meat produced in the UK for more than 30 years.</p><p> </p><p>Ten cases of trichinellosis were diagnosed in the UK between 2000 and 2012, including an outbreak of eight cases in England and Wales in 2000. Eight of these cases were associated with the consumption of imported meat products. Only apps that have successfully completed a clinical safety review process are listed.</p><p> </p><p>- Overall United Kingdom Apps Review Framework: In recognising the need to help apps developers understand what review and regulation they need to go through, NHS England, the Health and Social Care Information Centre and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency are jointly working together to create an overall review framework for health apps.</p><p> </p><p>- Integrated apps: The future direction of apps is to move from lots of individual apps for specific purposes that are not linked to “integrated apps” that brings different pieces of information together.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Sudden and unexpected cardiac arrest remains a major public health concern in all countries and can affect all ages.</p><p> </p><p>Defibrillators that can save many lives within minutes of the event are widely available, but rapid location of these and also trained community responders is an urgent and unmet need.
