	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/05/2019 answer text <p>The Government is taking forward a programme of reform to alternative provision (AP), including pupil referral units, and set out its vision for reform in the March 2018 document: 'Creating opportunity for all: our vision for alternative provision'. At the time he was being supervised by the National Probation Service (NPS) on licence, as part of the sentence of imprisonment for public protection which he had received In 2008. This will allow remediation to happen quickly. We regularly consult NGOs regarding their concerns to ensure we can support our world-class development sector. I therefore urge the Hon. The IEP train also has a flexible design that allows changes to the catering provision in response to future requirements.
