	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2015 answer text <p>On 11 June we announced the start of the post-implementation review of the introduction of fees in the Employment Tribunals. The review will consider, so far as is possible, the impact the fees have had on those with protected characteristics and the types of case they bring. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2020 answer text <p>HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is fully committed to supporting access to its services for those who need them. Pregnancy and maternity are protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010.
