star this property answer text <p>Highways England are installing average speed cameras on the A1 north of Colsterworth as part of a safety improvement scheme. This is in response to safety concerns in the Stoke Rochford area. star this property answer text <p>The £95 million Lincoln Eastern Bypass has been progressed by Lincolnshire County Council to join the A15 and the A158, so providing some relief to the A46. The Department is currently assessing the final business case and Ministers hope to announce a decision on the funding shortly.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Highways England is also considering the issues in the Lincoln area in its route strategies. It is currently assessing all relevant inputs, including traffic delays, to identify any potential schemes and develop priorities for Road Investment Strategy 2 (RIS2) between 2020 and 2025.</p><p> </p> more like this

Properties usually become subject to escheat as they have been renounced, and they therefore tend to be low value or subject to liabilities.</p><p> </p><p>The value of all properties which may be subject to escheat and which have been notified to The Crown Estate is not known, as no such valuation is undertaken.</p><p> </p><p>The average length of time for properties to remain subject to escheat is not readily available. Only a small proportion of properties subject to escheat is sold, and it is possible for properties to remain subject to escheat indefinitely.</p><p> </p><p>It is not possible to estimate the amount of land covered by escheat properties because (a) the exact number of properties which have become subject to escheat is not known and (b) The Crown Estate does not, in its constitutional role, make enquiries in relation to properties which are subject to escheat.</p><p> </p>
