The reviews were undertaken by the Evidence for Policy and Practice and Co-ordinating Centre and were published on its website on 21 December 2017. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2018 answer text <p>The Equality Act 2010 defines disability as a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial and long-term adverse effect on a person’s ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities.</p><p> </p><p>Decisions about what impairments meet this definition are not generally made on the basis of whether or not a person has a specific condition, but on the impact of that condition. The data is from the 2016 Private Finance Initiative (PFI) data summary sheet on the HM Treasury’s website. The Unitary Charge revenue payment figures include not just the financing costs (debt repayment and interest) for initial construction but also the costs of all the other services such as building maintenance and support services (cleaning, catering, portering etc) provided over the lifetime of the contract.
