star this property answer text <p>This response only covers England because the Blue Badge scheme is devolved.</p><p> </p><p>There are 2311 Blue Badges on issue to children in England under the age of three who are either dependent upon bulky medical equipment or need to be kept near a vehicle for emergency medical treatment.</p><p> </p><p>We do not hold records for children between the ages of two and three who have been issued a Blue Badge under the general walking criterion as this criterion is open to anyone over the age of 2 years.
