Our priority is to ensure that claimants who attend an assessment centre are seen and the supplier is achieving the SC1<ins class="ministerial">3</ins><del class="ministerial">2</del> target which measures the percentage of claimants sent home unseen. Currently, more people are waiting longer in assessment centres than we would like; the supplier is currently just below the SC1<ins class="ministerial">2</ins><del class="ministerial">3</del> target level which measures waiting times in assessment centres. SC12 and SC13 are national contractual service levels, but the Department does monitor performance at assessment centre-level. North of England &amp; Scotland (Lot 1) has a value of £206,703,507. London &amp; South of England (Lot 3) has a value of £183,894,556.</p><br /><p>There are a number of Service Levels (Key Performance Indicators are not used in PIP contracts) which Atos are required to deliver to meet the Department’s service requirements. These are detailed in the attached Annex 1. In addition, a number of interim Service Levels have been introduced to address specific performance targets.</p><br /><p>In the event Atos fail to achieve a key service level, contracts provide for Service Credits to be applied. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/10/2018 answer text <p>The Child Maintenance Service includes two service types: ‘Direct Pay’ where payments are arranged and agreed between parents, and ‘Collect &amp; Pay’ where payments are collected and paid to the receiving parent by Child Maintenance Service.</p><p>The Department does not record data for direct pay compliance. If the paying parent <ins class="ministerial">does not</ins><del class="ministerial">don't</del> pay they can be moved onto the Collect and Pay at the discretion of the child maintenance service. The department does hold data on the compliance of Collect and Pay arrangements. Please refer to Table 7 of the Child Maintenance Service Statistics.</p><p> </p><p>Data on compliance is recorded separately to data on employment status<ins class="ministerial"> and cannot be easily linked. The information requested is not readily available and to provide it would incur disproportionate cost</ins>.<del class="ministerial"> Although the department does hold some of the data to answer your question we estimate the cost of complying with your request would exceed the appropriate limit for central government, set by regulation at £600.This represents the estimated cost of one person spending 3 and half working days in determining whether the department holds the information, locating, retrieving and extracting it. We believe it would take longer than 3 and half days to match the compliance of a paying parent with their employment status.
