	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/09/2015 answer text Whilst we cannot interfere in the investigation or judicial processes in that country, we will also consider making appropriate representations to the local authorities if there are concerns that the investigation is not carried out in line with local procedures; if there are justified complaints about discrimination against the person who has died or their family; or where we judge that a local delay or decisions creates significant distress for the bereaved. Details of the support we offer to all British victims of crimes overseas are set out in our public statement: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/317474/FCO_Brits_Abroad_2014.pdf The investigation of crimes overseas are the responsibility of the country in which they occurred. We cannot interfere in investigations overseas and may be considered a third party by some countries and therefore not entitled to updates on the investigation or court process. We recommend that families engage a local lawyer who can make efforts to ensure that local standards are met and can seek updates from the local authorities and courts. We do though retain close interest in cases, and seek updates where we are able to. GPSP has delivered a number of high-impact outcomes, including the Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative (PSVI). The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is aware of reports of rebel incursions spilling over the border from CAR into Cameroon. Approximately 442,495 of CAR’s population have been internally displaced. Approximately 241,231 refugees have fled to Cameroon, 93,120 to Chad, 68,165 to the Democratic Republic of Congo and 21,554 to the Republic of Congo. Additional contributions to multilateral development bank’s capital are infrequent and only happen through General or Selective Capital Increases (known as GCIs and SCIs). The most recent of these for IBRD became effective in 2011.</p><p> </p><p>The paid in amount is fixed in US dollar terms. As such the Sterling amount varies slightly each year depending on the exchange rate. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2015 answer text <p>The promotion and protection of the right to freedom of religion or belief is a priority for the Foreign &amp; Commonwealth Office (FCO).We regard freedom of thought, conscience or belief as a fundamental human right underpinning many other rights. Our officials in Kenya are working with civil society organisations, religious groups and the Kenyan government to promote tolerance and trust across communities. We are supporting a range of religious groups to work cooperatively to manage local tensions to ensure that the early warning signs of potential persecution are identified, and responded to, so as to mitigate the risk of violence. We are also supporting the Government of Kenya as part of its efforts to counter violent extremism, which fuels religious persecution. We have encouraged Kenya’s churches together with the National Council of Churches in Kenya, to continue to play a role in this work. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2015 answer text <p>The UK supports a range of schemes that support disabled people in Ghana, including:</p><p> </p><ul><li>An education programme providing scholarships for girls, including those living with disabilities and girls whose parents/guardians live with disabilities.</li><li>A national cash transfer programme (the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty Programme), which also targets those with disabilities.</li><li>An entrepreneurship training/mentorship programme (Enhancing Growth in New Enterprises).</li><li>One of our larger civil society programmes, (Strengthening Transparency and Accountability Responsiveness) which supports initiatives that work with people with disabilities.We are also supporting improvements to the quality of mental health care through working with the relevant regulatory body (Mental Health Authority) and two large NGOs (BasicNeeds and Christian Health Association of Ghana) to increase access to better care. DFID in Ghana is also developing links with the UK International Citizen Service Volunteer programme which works with disabled groups in the North of Ghana.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>DFID Ghana’s Operational Plan 2011-2016 (updated December 2014) sets out the UK’s current priorities for development assistance in Ghana, as agreed with the Ghanaian authorities.
