However, we have included reference to a number of institutions related to international dispute resolution in our bilateral investment treaties: the Swedish Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), a part of the World Bank, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). We received notice of the claim in 2006 but the investor has not completed the procedural requirements for the claim to be heard by a tribunal.
