<p>It is a matter of customary international law, by which the UK is bound, that unilateral termination is prohibited outside the terms of a treaty. The Withdrawal Agreement contains no provision regarding termination and therefore, once in force, the UK would not be able unilaterally to terminate it.</p><p> </p>
