star this property answer text <p>There is a substantial commitment by national government for superfast broadband rollout and £5.46 million of central government funding has been allocated to the Merseyside Connected project. This has led to 39,216 additional homes and businesses now being able to access superfast broadband as a result of the local project, with the aim to have 42,204 additional premises by the end of the project. This will bring superfast coverage in Merseyside to 99% of premises.</p><p> </p><p>The Department does not hold data specifically for businesses. star this property answer text <p>The Government has not set targets for tackling homophobia in the workplace; however, practical advice for employers and/or employees on dealing with homophobia is available via the following Government-funded bodies: acas, the Equality and Human Rights Commission; the Equalities Advisory and Support Service; and on GOV.UK.</p><p>In March 2011 the Government published Working for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Equality: Moving Forward which set out the actions to be taken across Government to enhance equality for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGB&amp;T) people. The Government is also providing match funding to the Citizens’ Advice European Union funded project to overcome barriers to employment and advancement in the workplace, which includes a specific focus on LGB&amp;T people.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>DCMS does not plan to legislate to relocate regional assets held in national galleries, museums and libraries. The Government supports and encourages the sharing of the national collections across the United Kingdom, to enable as many people as possible to see them and to promote regional tourism. Several national institutions are either based, or have branches, outside of London and collections are shared across the UK through loans of objects and touring exhibitions. For example, the National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery, British Library and Tate each have extensive national loans and touring programmes.</p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>It is not possible to ascertain the precise figure of funding given to the Durham Heritage coast. Government’s funding for tourism, through VisitBritain and VisitEngland, is not allocated by area but instead focuses on promoting the country as a whole and thematically. Durham Heritage coast has recently benefited from projects funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and Arts Council England.</p><p> </p><p>My colleagues in the Department for Communities and Local Government also provide support and funding to coastal areas through the Coastal Communities Fund, much of which has a tourism focus.</p> more like this
