star this property answer text <p>My Rt hon Friend the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions wrote to the Northern Ireland Executive in July 2015 on introduction of the life chances clauses in the Welfare Reform and Work Bill. As well as setting out the Government’s approach to child poverty and improving life chances, and inviting the Northern Ireland Executive to consider amendments they might wish to have introduced, he set out that he did not consider that legislative consent was required for any of the provisions as introduced.</p><p><strong> </strong></p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>While the locations at which Mr Nelson served his sentence are not within the responsibilities of the Ministry of Defence, the Department's records indicate that he served the sentence he received in 1973 at HMP Maze, and that for his conviction in 1990 he served the first part of his sentence at Crumlin Road Prison, Belfast before transferring to HMP Usk in South Wales.</p><p> </p> more like this
