They have a responsibility to make the safety and welfare of participants their top priority, including through access to relevant safety equipment, training and education. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/06/2022 answer text <p>The Government is committed to boosting home ownership and supporting first-time buyers and will do so by looking at all of the factors that influence ownership levels, including housing supply and the availability of low deposit mortgages. Since 2010, over 774,000 households have already been helped to purchase a home through Government-backed schemes including Help to Buy and Right to Buy.</p><p>On 9 June the Prime Minister announced new measures to help first time buyers into home ownership, including looking into reforming of the mortgage market to boost access to finance for first time buyers; and working to extend the Right to Buy to Housing Association tenants. We are also committed to completing our reforms to the leasehold system which will mean that homeowners should have far greater control over their homes and their lives.</p><p>We are increasing supply in tandem, working closely with communities to build more of the right homes in the right places all across England. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/05/2023 answer text <p>Both the Charity Commission and the Regulator of Social Housing have regulatory roles in relation to almshouse charities that are also registered providers of social housing.</p><p>Under charity law, the regulatory requirements that apply to charities are proportionate, with smaller charities subject to fewer or less detailed regulatory and transparency requirements. This includes almshouse charities.</p><p>Registration with the Regulator of Social Housing is voluntary for almshouse charities, and a number of almshouses do choose to register. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2022 answer text <p>We are determined to support more women and girls to get active and football is the most popular team sport in terms of participation for women and girls.</p><p>The Lionesses’ fantastic performance at the 2022 Women’s Euros has inspired the nation and it is essential that we take the opportunity to build on the success and legacy of the tournament. This includes Sport England’s investment in 2020 of £1 million into legacy groups to help develop and create recreational women’s football opportunities in each of the nine host cities up and down England. It also includes the Sport England Adult Recreational Football Project, which is led by seven recreational football officers across the country who will develop this area of the game over the next two years.</p><p>We will continue to invest in grassroots sport through Sport England funding. In April 2022, Sport England awarded a total of £199,562 in 169 organisations to start new grassroots women’s and girls’ teams in high Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) areas. Sport England has also committed over £26 million until 2027 to support the FA’s aim to harness the power of grassroots football to unite communities and improve the health of the nation.</p><p>We are also focused on supporting the future development of women’s and girl’s football, and inspiring the next generation. The recently announced Women’s Football Review will look at how to deliver bold and sustainable growth of the women’s game at elite and grassroots level.
