These tests are robust and effective analytical tools which offer a high degree of confidence in the statistical validity of results gathered to evaluate the impact of changes that are being made to the Universal Credit service.</p><p> </p><p>The first set of tests were used to analyse and validate the usage of two-factor authentication for our claimants.
