star this property answer text <p>Information on students enrolled in UK Higher Education is collected and published by the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA). More information is available at: <a href="https://www.hesa.ac.uk" target="_blank">https://www.hesa.ac.uk</a>.</p><p> </p><p>The number of undergraduate and postgraduate higher education entrants who were domiciled in Barnsley and Barnsley East constituency prior to study in each year between 2010/11 and 2018/19 has been provided in the table.</p><p> </p><p>The decline in undergraduate entrants into higher education in Barnsley East constituency and Barnsley local authority can partly be explained by the demographic changes in the area. Under the Act, the Prime Minister will make arrangements in 2020 for committee to carry out a review of the operation of the Act and, if appropriate, to make recommendations for its repeal or amendment.
