<p>The Government remains confident of ensuring a functioning statute book as we leave the EU. All statutory instruments are being published on <a href="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/" target="_blank">legislation.gov.uk</a>, and the Government has committed that statutory instruments relating to EU Exit will be clearly titled. To date, my department has laid four such statutory instruments.</p>
