	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/10/2014 answer text <p>To make it easier for small businesses to access the tendering process for government contracts, we have removed unnecessary bureaucracy such as pre-qualification questionnaires from low value central Government contracts. Public sector buyers must also publish annually on their payment performance.</p><p> </p><p>Information on prompt payment by prime contractors is not held centrally.
