star this property answer text <p>In developing its Air Change Proposal, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) is following the CAP1616 process as mandated by the Civil Aviation Authority with respect to any air space changes within the UK.</p><p>Currently, the exact dimensions of the airspace required are not yet known as the Air Change Proposal has yet to enter the design phase. Once the proposed dimensions are known, CAP1616 prescribes how stakeholder and public consultations are to take place.</p><p>The MOD expects to carry out a full consultation with communities within any potentially affected areas in the summer of 2021. This will provide an opportunity for the public to offer their views on the proposal.</p> more like this

The project will be carried out by Marshall Aerospace Defence Group (MADG) in Cambridge.</p><p> </p><p>The decision to repaint the VIP Voyager - and approval of a design that best projected Global Britain - was taken on a cross-Government basis, to be funded by the Ministry of Defence.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>Every school hosting a Combined Cadet Force (CCF) unit receives funding from the Ministry of Defence. The majority of this support is provided indirectly through the supply of equipment, uniforms and stores, and the delivery of summer camps and training activities.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, a small monetary grant, with the amount dependant on the number of cadets within the school's unit, is given directly to the school to assist with administration. The list of CCF schools is provided in the attached table.</p> more like this

These units are administered and supported in various ways by the single Service cadet HQs. Retaining the capability would have required significant upgrade expenditure and the March 2021 out of service date (OSD) has been retained.
