In April 2022, the National Living Wage increased to £9.50 per hour. By 2024, the government has committed that the National Living Wage will reach 66% of median UK earnings.</p><p>No DCMS Civil Servants are paid below the UK Real Living Wage.</p><p>No DCMS Civil Servants contracted to a London office are paid below the London Living Wage.</p><p>There are 33 Public Bodies sponsored by DCMS, who are required to adhere to Civil Service pay guidance, of these four have a relatively small number of staff - between 4 and 149, who are paid below the UK Real Living Wage/London Living Wage. As part of the Review of the Gambling Act 2005, he carefully considered evidence submitted by the bingo industry and held a roundtable discussion, which included the Bingo Association and industry representatives, on 24 November 2021. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2022 answer text <p>The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Bill contains measures to encourage the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, which are specifically aimed at encouraging more collaborative and constructive negotiations.</p><p>However, the government recognises that legislation is not the only way in which better collaboration can be achieved. Officials from my department have held monthly Access to Land Workshops over the last 12-18 months, which cover a number of workstreams and attract attendance from stakeholders across the telecommunications industry, including site provider representatives. I am pleased to say that these workshops have made excellent progress and one of the outputs of this work is the creation of a new industry body, which in time will continue this work independently of DCMS.</p><p>I understand that this body will be called the National Connectivity Alliance and that so far it has appointed a steering group of 24 members from across all parts of the telecommunications sector. It aims to bring together stakeholders from across the telecommunications industry to discuss issues of mutual interest, to improve collaboration and understanding and to be a forum where members can share best practice.</p><p>I welcome this development and fully support the creation of this body and wish them every success for the future. As Contracts Finder was implemented from 2016, not all records before this time are held centrally.</p><p>The Department’s commercial pipeline is also publicly available on the <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/department-for-digital-culture-media-sport/about/procurement#dcms-commercial-pipeline" target="_blank">GOV.UK</a>.</p><p>The management of contracts held by the Department is devolved to individual Business Units and undertaken by identified Contract Managers within policy or operational teams, with the responsibility for monitoring contract performance resting with the Senior Responsible Officer. The contract management role is typically undertaken by policy or operational staff as part of their existing roles and therefore costs are not distinguishable. The Government has committed to a National Youth Guarantee: that by 2025, every young person will have access to regular clubs and activities, adventures away from home and opportunities to volunteer. This will be supported by a three year £560 million investment in youth services, reflecting young people's priorities and addressing the inconsistencies in national youth spending, with a firm focus on levelling up. The Youth Investment Fund is a geographically targeted fund levelling up access to youth services in those areas that need it the most. Ministerial decisions on eligibility criteria were taken on the basis of high quality, robust and publicly available data, details of which are available on the gov.uk website <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/youth-investment-fund-yif-places-selection-methodology/youth-investment-fund-yif-places-selection-methodology" target="_blank">here</a>. Kirklees did not meet the eligibility criteria for the Youth Investment Fund. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/07/2022 answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Government recognises the benefits that non-medical interventions can have on physical and mental health.</p><p>Arts Council England works with Bridge Organisations and Music Education Hubs which play a key role in working with local authorities and schools to support the good health of children and young people. They are also working in partnership with the Youth Endowment Fund on research into the links between creativity and improved mental health.</p><p>The Arts Council also funds a number of organisations across the country which provide arts programmes that aim to help and support young people with mental health problems. A call for evidence as the first stage of that consultation process was opened on 29 June and runs until 21 September.</p><p>We want to hear from a wide range of people in order to build a much-needed evidence base on these issues and enable us to develop proportionate policy responses. This is the biggest cut, in cash terms, that has ever been applied across all fuel duty rates at once.</p><p>We will continue to monitor the impact of fuel costs on volunteers and voluntary sector organisations. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/07/2022 answer text <p>The Government recognises there are barriers which exist and prevent some people from participating in sport and physical activity, including access to sports grounds and facilities. We want to remain at the forefront of equality and continue to do all that we can to tackle these.</p><p>We work closely with our arm’s length bodies, Sport England and UK Sport, and sector partners to encourage sport bodies to make sport and facilities more accessible. Sport England is developing a new plan called ‘Accessible and Inclusive Sports Facilities’ that will be published this year.</p><p>The Government expects all sports and all clubs to take the necessary action to fulfil their legal obligation under the Equality Act of 2010 to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage when accessing sports venues. With the support of Level Playing Field, the Sports Grounds Safety Authority (SGSA) developed the Accessible Stadia document and Accessible Stadia Supplementary Guidance as a benchmark of good practice for new and existing sports grounds.
