Last year as part of the Statement of Changes in Immigration Rules published by the department on 17 July, an Impact Assessment was prepared setting out the impact from these Immigration Rules changes. This included analysis on student visas and net migration. The Impact Assessment is subject to final departmental clearances and will be published in due course.
