	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/11/2018 answer text <p>We have not estimated the number of homes that would be built on a local authority basis, following the abolition of the Housing Revenue Account borrowing cap. We estimate that nationally, local authority delivery will increase to around 10,000 homes per year. Local authorities in South Yorkshire, and elsewhere, are able to use their new borrowing freedom to start building new homes to meet the needs of their communities immediately. We want to see them seize this opportunity and build a new generation of council housing.</p><p>In respect of the additional £2 billion of grant funding for Affordable Housing from 2022 to 2029, it is not possible to determine the distribution across regions until bids have been approved. Homes England do publish allocations data on the current 2016-2022 Affordable Homes Programme outside of London. As of March 2018, 1,361 affordable homes have been allocated grant funding in South Yorkshire.</p><p>Local authorities in South Yorkshire were successful in securing £5.8 million of Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) Marginal Viability Funding, which will unlock up to 730 homes. The final funding amounts are subject to a funding clarification process that is currently underway. We are currently working with Sheffield City Regions Combined Authority to develop their HIF Forward Funding bid. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/02/2019 answer text <p>On 31 January, we announced a further eight Strategic Partnerships between Homes England and housing associations which will deliver an additional 11,676 affordable homes for £496.7 million of grant.</p><p>This takes our total to 23 Strategic Partnerships, which will deliver almost 40,000 additional affordable housing starts by March 2022.</p><p>In total, almost 3,900 affordable homes will be delivered in Yorkshire and the Humber through Strategic Partnerships. We have already put in place a number of initiatives to help SME builders overcome barriers, specifically access to finance through the provision of the £4.5 billion Home Building Fund. £2.5 billion of which provides short term loans to SME housebuilders, custom builders and innovators. £110 million of that funding has been used to set up The Housing Growth Partnership. <br> <br>Launched in 2015, this is a £220 million partnership between Lloyds Bank and Homes England and is supporting the growth of SME house builders and expansion in the UK housing stock. It will deliver 3,400 homes. In addition, the Home Building Fund has also provided £125 million for the the Housing Delivery Fund launched by Barclays Bank and Homes England, in September 2018. The £1 billion development finance Fund will help build thousands of new homes across England. Of the £1 billion fund, Barclays is providing £875 million. <br> <br>A key priority of The Housing Delivery Fund is to support small and medium sized businesses to develop homes for rent or sale including social housing, retirement living and the private rented sector, whilst also supporting innovation in the model of delivery such as brownfield land and urban regeneration projects.</p><p>The Chancellor announced at Budget 2018 that the British Business Bank will deliver a new scheme providing guarantees to support up to £1 billion of lending to SME house builders. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2020 answer text <p>In 2019, the Drugs and Firearms Licensing unit issued to premises in Great Britain (a) 33 low THC licences to cultivate low THC cannabis (b) 20 licences to cultivate high THC cannabis (c) 362 domestic licences covering possession of schedule 1.</p><p>Import licences are issued for individual drug substances as opposed to by schedule of drug.
