Re-brokerage can happen for a number of reasons such as a result of intervention action by the Regional School Commissioner, a single academy trust seeking to join or set up a multi academy trust, or a sponsor deciding to hand back an academy because it no longer has the capacity to run it. This will include an agreement about conditions under which a pilot would be ended.</p><p>The expert advisory panel will provide published advice on the proposed monitoring and evaluation arrangements of all pilots to ensure they are robust. The new national curriculum focuses on the essential knowledge so that teachers can design a wider school curriculum that best meets the needs of their pupils.</p><p> </p><p>Many schools already choose to include CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and defibrillator awareness as part of their PSHE (personal, social, health and economic education) teaching.
