This decision is purely a statistical change. Reclassification makes no material changes to the operation of housing associations. For context I have also provided figures going back to 2001/2. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2015 answer text <p>Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) play an important role in meeting our 2050 emissions reduction target.</p><br /><p>The CCS Commercialisation Programme could provide capital and operating support for up to two commercial scale projects, subject to value for money.
