The SFO investigates and prosecutes only the most serious or complex fraud, bribery and corruption cases.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">The decision to commence an investigation is that of the Director alone. Government cannot interfere with the operational independence of investigative or prosecutorial agencies. As new tools, it is important that courts and law enforcement establishes the use and process to ensure that they deliver the correct objectives.</del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Three UWOs have been applied for, and all granted, since the UWO power came into force in January. The UWOs concern two assets under one investigation in relation to an Azerbaijan national. star this property answer text <p>The proportion of general practitioner (GP) appointments by date and time between booking date and appointment date in Oxford Clinical Commissioning Group for the months November 2017 to December 2018 is presented in the attached table. The data on GP appointments are from a new data collection and are still experimental i.e. the data and collection method are still being refined and improved. NHS Digital’s data on ‘time from booking to appointment’ does not take into consideration that many patients will be appropriately booking ahead as part of the continuity of care they receive for long-term conditions. Other factors that drive the time from a booking to an appointment include appointment availability at the practice, patient availability, the urgency of the appointment and GP advice.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Skills Toolkit was announced in April 2020 and the cost of developing the platform in this financial year is £798,700. This includes the launch and the two subsequent expansions of the platform. A further £325,700 has been spent on communications activities to promote the platform.</p><p><del class="ministerial">As of 4 October there have been a total of 118,011 starts of the courses on the platform and 19,564 course completions. As of 11 October, the platform had 1.2 million page views.</del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">As of 1 November 2020 there have been an estimated 119,000 course registrations. As of 1 November 2020 there have been 1,323,450 page views. star this property answer text <p>Since 2011, Premium Bonds holders have been able to have their prizes paid directly into a UK bank account in their name. Since March 2020, <del class="ministerial">nearly half a million</del> <ins class="ministerial">more than 750,000 </ins>customers have switched from receiving paper warrants (cheques) to having their prizes paid directly into their bank account or automatically reinvested. As of December 2020, 82.5% of Premium Bonds prizes were either paid directly into a UK bank account or reinvested back into Premium Bonds.</p><p>The decision by NS&amp;I announced on 17 September 2020 to pay all Premium Bonds prizes direct to customers’ bank accounts was informed by changing customer behaviours. It will make managing Premium Bonds prize distribution quicker, more cost-effective and have a much lower environmental impact.</p><p>Paying prizes directly to the customers bank account also reduces the proportion of Premium Bonds prizes from going unclaimed.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>This Government takes recovery and enforcement of financial impositions very seriously and remains committed to finding new ways to encourage payment of impositions and to trace those who do not pay. This is why there has been a year on year increase in the amount of financial penalties collected over the last three years.</p><p> </p><p>When it appears to HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) that an offender is normally resident in another EU country HMCTS can transfer road traffic offence fines, imposed by courts in this country, to other EU jurisdictions for enforcement under the EU Framework Decision on Mutual Recognition of Financial Penalties (MRFP). The Framework Decision obliges Member States to take over enforcement of eligible fines imposed by other Member States’ courts, where the offender is resident or has assets in the enforcing state. All monies collected however are retained by the enforcing Member State.</p><p> </p><p>Where the offender is resident in a non EU country or in one not included in the MRFP Framework there is no mechanism for HMCTS to be able to recover the amounts outstanding.</p><p> </p><p>It is not possible to identify the value of fines outstanding which relate to motoring offences for offenders who live overseas without incurring disproportionate cost as this information could only be obtained by a manual search of all live fine accounts.</p>

Officials in Jakarta last met Tapol in Jakarta in March 2018 and are planning to meet them again in November. star this property answer text <p>The Female Genital Mutilation Enhanced Dataset is collected via the NHS Digital Clinical Audit Platform or CAP, which is an easy to use, intuitive, data submission tool that needs no specific training.</p><p> </p><p>NHS Digital has published clear guidance online to support National Health Service organisations, including primary care practices, to register to access CAP and to submit information on the system. In 2017, the process was simplified and streamlined to further support primary care practices to register on the CAP, and it was confirmed that the Senior Partner or Caldicott Guardian at a practice can submit the registration to access CAP.</p> more like this
