	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/05/2019 answer text <p>1) All eight mayoral combined authorities (MCAs) in England - Cambridgeshire &amp; Peterborough, Greater Manchester, Liverpool City Region, North of Tyne, Sheffield City Region, Tees Valley, West of England and West Midlands- have the following functions in common:</p><p> </p><ul><li><strong> <em>Integrated transport functions</em></strong></li><li><strong> <em>Bus improvement powers including bus franchising</em></strong></li><li><strong> <em>Economic development and regeneration powers</em></strong></li><li><strong> <em>Power to borrow for transport functions</em></strong></li></ul><p> </p><p>They also all have a power of competence over areas where they have had functions conferred. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/05/2019 answer text <p>Regulations are already in place to help prevent headlights from causing glare, and there are no plans to change national law.</p><p> </p><p>Before vehicles can be sold or registered in the United Kingdom manufacturers must ensure compliance with international vehicle approval requirements, which include defined beam patterns and intensities to minimise the occurrence of glare. The Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989 prohibit the use of headlights that can cause undue dazzle or discomfort to other road users. This would help to restore the fishing industry. Our understanding is that on 9 May, Israel increased the permitted fishing zone off the coast of Gaza to twelve nautical miles.
