This is because the policy objective of the regulations is to improve collecting societies’ conduct, rather than to regulate their contractual relationships. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2017 answer text <p>The Government wants to see an efficient, productive and competitive domestic farming industry able to grow more, sell more and export more British food.</p><p> </p><p>The latest round of funding under the Rural Development Programme for England includes £120 million for targeted investments that improve farm productivity, including new buildings and machinery. Defra is also funding four Genetic Improvement Network programmes, at a cost of over £1 million per year.
