star this property answer text Our prime concern is the safety and protection of unaccompanied minors resettled in the UK as they arrive in this country. We want to protect their privacy and ensure their recovery and integration, as they rebuild their lives in safe and secure surroundings, among supportive communities in the UK. We will not, therefore, be providing a running commentary on numbers of unaccompanied children resettled through the scheme. Progress on resettlement under the Vulnerable Children’s Resettlement scheme is indicated in quarterly immigration statistics. The last set of statistics, published on 24 August, showed that 280 vulnerable people have been resettled since the scheme began in 2016. The statistics are available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/immigration-statistics-quarterly-release more like this

star this property answer text
To help improve diagnosis, treatment and awareness of both Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis, NHS England is developing evidence-based tools including an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) RightCare scenario. This will set out what high-quality joined-up care looks like at every point of the patient journey, including diagnosis. In addition, there is information on IBD available on NHS.UK and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) has published the IBD quality standard.
more like this

star this property answer text
On 16 November, we began a trial of testing visitors to care homes. Testing is one way of minimising the risk of visiting a care home. If a visitor has a negative test, is wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and following other infection control measures then our guidance advises that visitors can to provide personal care and have physical contact with their loved one, such as holding hands.

We want to bring an end to the pain of separation and help care homes bring families and loved ones together. The launch of visitor testing is a crucial step to making that happen. We aim to rollout visitor testing nationwide by Christmas.
more like this
