	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/06/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>The UK led the call for the urgent imposition of EU sanctions, imposing an asset freeze on 22 individuals suspected of misappropriating funds from the Ukrainian state. <br><br>Those assets which are proven to be the proceeds of corruption through criminal investigations, and subsequently confiscated, will be returned to Ukraine.<br><br>We do not release information on the value of assets frozen under financial sanctions in the UK for reasons of confidentiality, and we do not hold information on the value of assets frozen overseas. <br><br>It is our policy to work closely with other governments to assist them to trace and repatriate stolen assets. All appropriate criminal justice and administrative routes to support the Ukrainians are being explored. The Director of the Serious Fraud Office has opened a criminal investigation into possible money laundering arising from suspicions of corruption in Ukraine. There was no approved ‘on-label’ test for CSF at that time, which is why the use of this test was carefully controlled and its quality assured in each test run. It is the role of the requesting clinician to be guided by the interpretation of the laboratory result and to use these results in the light of the clinical presentation to make a diagnosis and a management plan for individual patients. In addition to the controls for the test, the CSF sample was run with the patient’s serum. UK aid is enabling UNRWA to continue providing basic health services and distribute fuel to ensure emergency water and sewage infrastructure can continue to function. Our support to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is helping medical supplies enter Gaza and providing surgical kits and blood for hospitals, as well as funding the repair of damaged water infrastructure. The report indicates the number of refugees, asylum-seekers and internally displaced around the world now stands at 51.2 million, an increase of 6 million reported in 2012 and, for the first time since the end of World War II, exceeding 50 million people.</p><p> </p><p>DFID is providing assistance to refugees and internally displaced people in many of the world’s major crises. One of the agencies receiving support is the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which works in over 120 country contexts to assist displaced people, including: Syria, Kenya, South Sudan and Afghanistan. This assistance helps to meet basic needs and helps displaced people rebuild their lives whilst they await return, integration into their new community/country or resettlement. To further support teachers, Liz Moorse from the Association for Citizenship Teaching is chairing an expert group on citizenship. Significant additional funding has been secured this year to implement this plan. This requires them as duty holders to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety of their employees and any members of the public who may be affected by their activities.</p><p>There are also well-established British and European standards covering product safety. The HSE performs appropriate regulatory checks on the operation and maintenance of wind turbines and also commissions research as needed. Sensible measures have been taken to ensure that we will have sufficient capacity to deal with the projected level of the population. These measures include identifying additional places if required in prisons that can provide safe and decent conditions. This is a proportionate measure to ensure that we are able to hold all of those committed to custody by the courts.</p><p> </p><p>We are planning to open an additional 2,000 places over the next nine months. We will have more adult male prison places at the end of this Parliament than we inherited. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/07/2014 answer text <p>Current Acts that can be used to prosecute cyberbullying-related offences are: The Protection from Harassment Act 1997, The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, The Malicious Communications Act 1998, The Communications Act 2003 and The Defamation Act 2013.</p><p> </p><p>The Government thinks that schools, parents and internet providers all have a role to play in keeping children and young people safe online.</p><p> </p><p>Through the Education Act 2011 we have given teachers greater powers to tackle cyber-bullying - via text message or the internet - by providing a specific power to search for and, if necessary, delete inappropriate images or files on electronic devices, including mobile phones</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>All schools must have a behaviour policy that includes measures to prevent all forms of bullying, including cyber-bullying. Schools have the flexibility to develop their own measures to prevent and tackle bullying, but are held to account by Ofsted.</p><p> </p><p>Educating children and young people about online safety is key to tackling cyber-bullying. From September 2014, e-safety will be taught at all four key stages of the curriculum, covering primary-age children for the first time. This will empower young people to tackle cyber-bullying through responsible, respectful and secure use of technology, as well as ensuring that pupils understand age-appropriate ways of reporting any concerns they may have about what they see or encounter online.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Education is providing £4 million of funding over two years from 2013 to four anti-bullying organisations: Beatbullying, the Diana Award, Kidscape and the National Children’s Bureau consortium. While this funding has been awarded to specific projects to reduce bullying in general, this can, and does, include work to tackle cyber-bullying.</p><p> </p><p>The Department has produced case studies showing good practice in how to manage behaviour and bullying. These include a case study about how a school deals with cyber-bullying. Through funding provided by the Department, the Anti-Bullying Alliance has also produced specific advice on cyber-bullying for children and young people with special educational needs and or disabilities. We provide a link to this in our own advice on preventing and tackling bullying.</p><p> </p><p>Ministers from the Department for Education, Home Office and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport co-chair the UK Council for Child Internet Safety (UKCCIS), which brings together a range of experts across government, law enforcement, industry, academia and charities to consider the best ways to minimise the risk of harm to children when online.</p><p> </p><p>We are pleased to see that internet service providers (ISPs) have rolled out whole home filters to their customers which will help parents to keep their children safe online.
