I note that so far all bills associated with Brexit have been scheduled in accordance with the minimum intervals recommended in The Companion. As the Noble Lord will recall, from time to time the recommended minimum intervals have, with Usual Channels agreement, been dispensed with when it has been necessary for the House to do so. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/01/2019 answer text <p>This Government made a clear Manifesto commitment to tackle fuel poverty by committing to upgrading all fuel poor homes to EPC Band C by 2030.</p><p> </p><p>We are making progress in particular by tackling the most energy inefficient homes. We are continuing to develop policy options across the range of measures proposed in the green paper and will respond in due course.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also commissioned the independent Digital Competition Expert Panel to undertake a review into the state of competition in the digital economy and to make recommendations on any changes that may be needed. The independent Panel’s terms of reference were published in September, when the Panel started its work. The Panel ran an open call for evidence between 12 October and 7 December. The Panel expects to publish a final report of its findings in due course. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/01/2019 answer text <p>The UK Steel report on industrial electricity prices is a useful contribution as we develop the White Paper that will build on the principles set out by the Secretary of State in his energy speech on 15 November 2018.</p><p> </p><p>The report highlights the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund. The Budget on 29 October 2018 announced that we are providing £315 million for this Fund to support industrial energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects to bring energy costs down for vital industries, including the steel sector.</p><p> </p><p>We also continue to reduce the cumulative impact of energy and climate change policies on industrial electricity prices for key energy intensive industries. This includes a package of relief for these industries worth over £850 million since 2013, of which more than £270 million has been provided to the steel sector.
