Of these, approximately 20 per cent have been killed in the conflict and around 40 per cent have returned to the UK. They have all been investigated and the majority have been assessed to pose no, or a low security risk. The requirements are set out in the Guidance on the operation of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (ASPA) that explains how the act is administered and enforced <a href="https://www.gov.uk/guidance/guidance-on-the-operation-of-the-animals-scientific-procedures-act-1986" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/guidance/guidance-on-the-operation-of-the-animals-scientific-procedures-act-1986</a></p><p>All establishments that use animals in science must fully comply with the Code of Practice for the housing and care of animals bred, supplied or used for scientific purposes. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2019 answer text <p>The Home Office runs the Asset Recovery Incentivisation Scheme (ARIS), in which criminal property recovered under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 is divided between the Home Office and operational partners, based on their relative contribution to recovering these funds. These funds are calculated and paid quarterly in arrears to agencies, as soon as possible after the end of each quarter.</p><p>The safer communities fund is not operated by the Home Office but by local police forces. This includes those engaged in far right radicalisation, as demonstrated by the measures we have taken against National Action and its aliases.</p><p>We are taking robust action to tackle radicalisation online, by securing the removal of terrorist content. Our approach involves working closely with industry, including through the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism, to encourage them to proactively respond and to develop innovative solutions to tackle this problem.</p><p>But there is still more to do. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/03/2019 answer text <p>The UK Government has a robust legislative framework which gives operational partners the powers they need to take appropriate action. Most recently the UK’s capacity for undertaking terrorist offences was extended by the Counter-Terrorism and Border Security Act which gained Royal Assent in February this year. The Act strengthened sections 12 (inviting support) of the Terrorism Act 2000 (TACT) by making it an offence to recklessly express support for a proscribed organisation.
