We are aware of media reporting that terrorist groups have an ambition to infiltrate migration and refugee routes. We work closely with our partners abroad to counter terrorism, including to strengthen border security against identified terrorists and terrorist suspects. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/04/2016 answer text <p>As the Justice Secretary has said, the safety and welfare of all those in custody is vital.</p><p>Although youth crime is down, reoffending rates are far too high and the care and supervision of young people in custody is not good enough. Restraint should only be used as a last resort, when young people are putting their own safety and the safety of others at risk.</p><p>In 2012, we introduced the Minimising and Managing Physical Restraint (MMPR). Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Prisons has welcomed the significant improvements that MMPR has brought.</p><p>The number of minor and serious injuries requiring medical treatment resulting from RPIs is published in Chapter 8 of the Youth Justice Annual Statistics:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/youth-justice-annual-statistics-2014-to-2015" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/youth-justice-annual-statistics-2014-to-2015</a></p><p>We are investigating the accuracy of all restraint injury data from Medway Secure Training Centre.</p><p>The number of young people that establishments recorded as injured during incidents that required Restrictive Physical Intervention in each institution in the youth secure estate in each of the last eight years is set out in the attached document. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 02/03/2016 answer text <p>The two national events that marked the centenary of the battle of Gallipoli on 24th and 25th Apri 2015, were key commemorative events in the centenary programme.</p><p> </p><p>The first, a UK-led Commonwealth and Ireland Ceremony was held at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission’s Helles Memorial in Turkey on 24 April 2015, the eve of the centenary of the Gallipoli landings. This event was attended by The Prince of Wales, accompanied by Prince Harry, senior representatives of the nations involved in the Gallipoi Campaign and descendants. The Prince of Wales met with descendants on board the Royal Navy’s ship HMS Bulwark.</p><p> </p><p>The second, on Anzac Day, was held at the Cenotaph in Whitehall. Our latest figures show that since the roll out of automatic enrolment, nearly 6 million people have now been automatically enrolled, and opt outs have remained much lower than were originally anticipated. We expect that around nine million workers will be newly saving or saving more by 2018. Since the roll out of automatic enrolment, nearly 6 million people have been automatically enrolled into a workplace pension. Only 10% of individuals that have been automatically enrolled so far have chosen to opt out. This is one of the key indicators of the policy’s success in increasing participation in pension saving.</p><p> </p><p>Individuals who have opted out of automatic enrolment and have subsequently changed their mind can discuss with their employer how to opt back in. Furthermore, employers are required by law to automatically re-enrol eligible workers every three years. This prompts individuals to periodically reconsider their saving arrangements. Employers also have duties to provide certain information to their workers within prescribed time limits.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the national communications campaign<em>, Don’t Ignore the Workplace Pension,</em> raises awareness of pension saving among both employees and employers, and promotes the idea that saving in a workplace pension is normal. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/02/2016 answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence does not hold information on how many people in receipt of a War Pension are also in receipt of the age-related tax allowance, as this is administered by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. However, as at 31 March 2015 (the latest date information is available) there were 41,470* disablement pensioners born before 6 April 1938 who may meet the eligibility criteria to receive age-related tax allowance.</p><p>As at 31 March 2015 (the latest date information is available) there were 116,050 disablement pensioners in receipt of an ongoing pension under the War Pension Scheme. Of these, 10,195 were in receipt of an allowance for lowered standard of occupation, and 6,250 were in receipt of unemployability supplement.
