The total cost of the partnership with The Daily Telegraph and The Sunday Telegraph is £125,000. We are unable to give costs of constituent parts of the partnership, including the website, because of commercial confidentiality. <br>b) The Home Office has allocated a communications campaign budget of £2.3 million to raise awareness of Modern Slavery in the UK.<br>c) The Home Office has spent £44,000 on the Modern Slavery website. This is the only centrally held information on journal or magazine subscriptions. <br><br>b) The Home Office pays for a monthly rental for Parliament TV Services in Millbank. This TV services carries live and archived coverage of all UK Parliament proceedings taking place in public, including debates and committee meetings of both Houses. To calculate such a figure would incur disproportionate costs.</p><p>b) In the financial year 2014-15, 88% of the total numbers of all invoices to every type of supplier were paid within five working days of receipt. The total number of invoices paid within 30 working days of receipt of invoice was 97%.</p><p>For small and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the Home Office paid 80% of invoices within five working days of receipt of invoice. And 96% of invoices from SMEs were paid within 30 working days of receipt of invoice.</p><p>i) The proportion of the number of contracts between the Home Office and SMEs is not readily available, except at disproportionate costs.</p><p>ii) In 2014-15, the Home Office have reported 19.6% spend with SMEs. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/03/2014 answer text <p>[holding answer 20 March 2014]</p><p>The Department did not provide specific funding for staff to carry out trade union activities in 2011, 2012 or 2013.</p><p> </p><p>Information on the amount of paid time spent on trade union activities by staff who are union representatives has only been centrally recorded since November 2012. Between November 2012 and September 2013 our central records show that 1,345 paid days were spent by union representatives on such activities. These central records are based on returns submitted by union representatives to account for the time they have spent on their union roles. Information on the amount of paid time spent on trade union activities prior to November 2012 could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.</p><p> </p><p>Since October 2013 the Department has not permitted members of staff elected as union representatives to be granted paid facility time for any trade union activities and in future will only grant paid facility time for such activities in exceptional circumstances and with approval from the Secretary of State. It is for the national leads to establish working groups to support them in their role. The Home Office is in regular dialogue with on the NPCC Lead for Prostitution’s office, and as such discussed and commented on the current revision of the strategy.</p><p>Prostitution is a complex issue, which can impact on individuals and communities in many different ways, and we are therefore clear that local areas and police forces are in the best position to identify and respond to issues around prostitution in their area.
