star this property answer text <p>The Government fully supports The WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, which sets out the minimum international standards for intellectual property protection, whilst providing some flexibilities for Member States to implement IP policies suitable to their circumstances.</p><p>The Government also supports the 2001 Doha Declaration on Public Health which re-affirmed that WTO member states are free to determine the grounds for granting compulsory licences.</p><p> </p> more like this
