As of August 2018, the UN assess Sa’ada district as having high access constraints.</p><p> </p><p>We continue to work closely with our UN and NGO delivery partners, in Sa’ada and northern Yemen, who are operating under difficult circumstances to reach the most vulnerable. Impact assessments are required for the implementation of domestic UK policy, not for military action abroad either by the UK or other countries.</p><p>During the current Saudi-led Coalition operation in Yemen the MOD has monitored incidents of alleged International Humanitarian Law violations using available information. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/04/2018 answer text <p>The UN estimates that over 200,000 migrants and refugees have come from the Horn of Africa to Yemen over the last two years (2016 and 2017). DFID is providing up to £36 million to support displaced people and migrants in Yemen between 2017 and 2020. These funds are directed through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and International Organisation for Migration to protect the safety, dignity and basic rights of people, including African migrants in Yemen. These funds also support the UNHCR’s work in the Kharaz refugee camp in Lahj. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2019 answer text <p>Last year the UK provided protection assistance, including primary healthcare services, legal assistance and support in response to sexual violence to over 200,000 internally displaced people (IDPs) through our funding to the International Organisation for Migration and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.</p><p> </p><p>On 24 February, the Prime Minister announced that the UK will provide an additional £200 million in response to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen for the next financial year (2019/2020). 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2021 answer text <p>The UK champions the rules-based multilateral system and is actively supporting efforts to reform and improve the key functions of the World Trade Organization (WTO).</p><p> </p><p>The Department for International Trade (DIT) regularly engages with partners at the WTO and other fora, including at the G7, G20, Ottawa Group and Commonwealth.
