star this property answer text <p>Workforce planning is primarily the responsibility of each department to determine based<br>on their individual operational and policy requirements. Each department has their own<br>spending agreements with HM Treasury and are responsible for ensuring they have the<br>right workforce and capability in place to deliver their commitments. It will be for each<br>department to monitor recruitment and turnover within the regional hubs</p><p>Plans are in place for the creation of multi-departmental government Hubs in strategic<br>locations outside London, which will further consolidate our office estate, whilst helping to<br>attract and retain staff by stronger collaboration between departments and enabling staff to<br>grow careers locally.</p> more like this
