The report has identified specific steps the British Government can take to address the issues faced by persecuted Christians around the world. I am pleased to confirm that the government has accepted the recommendations in full and work will now begin to implement them. This work will include exploring how best to deliver a new Security Council Resolution on protecting Christians in North Africa and the Middle East; and sanctioning those who persecute people for holding a religion or belief.</p> more like this

Of those 20 have now come out – eight of which are now rated ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. I particularly congratulate the staff of Barking, Havering and Redbridge, East Kent, Medway and North Cumbria, which have all come out of Special Measures recently.</p> more like this

FAEs are counted against the year or month in which the admission episode finishes. Admissions do not represent the number of patients, as a person may have more than one admission within the period.</p><ol start="2"><li>Primary diagnosis</li></ol><p>The primary diagnosis is the first of up to 20 (14 from 2002-03 to 2006-07 and 7 prior to 2002-03) diagnosis fields in the HES data set and provides the main reason why the patient was admitted to hospital.</p><ol start="3"><li>ICD-10 codes used</li></ol><p>F00-F99: Mental and behavioural disorders</p><ol start="4"><li>Provisional data</li></ol><p>The data are provisional and may be incomplete or contain errors for which no adjustments have yet been made. Counts produced from provisional data are likely to be lower than those generated for the same period in the final data set. This shortfall will be most pronounced in the final month of the latest period, ie November from the (month 9) April to November extract. It is also probable that clinical data are not complete, which may in particular affect the last two months of any given period. There may also be errors due to coding inconsistencies that have not yet been investigated and corrected.</p>
