	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/10/2019 answer text <p>The UK Government’s preferred position is to leave the EU with a deal that works for Wales.</p><p>In the event of no-deal, the Government would of course take economic measures to mitigate any short-run disruption, support the economy through the transition, and to boost the long-term potential of the Welsh economy. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/06/2019 answer text <p>In November last year, the UK Government published economic analysis of EU exit under different scenarios, bringing together evidence from across government. The employment rate in Wales is up 3.4 percentage points over the last year, over twice as high as the increase in any other part of the UK, with an extra 78,000 people in work. Unemployment also continues to fall. However, the Government is continuing with our no deal preparations to ensure the country is prepared for every eventuality.
