Any allegations of electoral fraud are referred to the PSNI, and the Chief Electoral Officer has made clear that she is content that applications are processed and approved in accordance with the law. The Chief Electoral Officer has also made it clear that she has seen no evidence of systematic electoral abuse.</p><p> </p><p>The Government continues to consult with key stakeholders and keeps electoral legislation under review. We are committed to tackling possible abuse through a number of measures including piloting voter ID in Great Britain, supporting the Private Member’s Postal Voting Bill and consulting on the recommendations of the Committee of Standards in Public Life relating to intimidation of Parliamentary candidates and other public office-holders.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The provision of paediatric and perinatal pathology services in Northern Ireland is a devolved matter. It has been necessary for the Northern Ireland Department of Health to put in place, as a temporary measure, arrangements for the provision of hospital perinatal and paediatric pathology post mortems to take place at Alder Hey hospital.</p><p> </p><p>In the meantime, as well as the temporary measures with Alder Hey, NI Department of Health officials will continue to work closely with the relevant Royal Colleges and training organisations to encourage training in this speciality in order to support the restoration of paediatric and perinatal pathology services for the long-term.</p><p> </p><p>This situation once again underlines the need to restore the Northern Ireland Executive.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The rights of Irish citizens to vote in UK elections will remain unaffected after the UK leaves the European Union.</p><p> </p><p>The long standing eligibility of Irish citizens who are resident in the UK to register for and vote in elections in the UK is a result of the historical and close political ties between the two countries and is currently enshrined in the Representation of the People Act 1983. The reciprocal arrangement on voting rights between the United Kingdom and Ireland is entirely separate to membership of the European Union.</p> more like this

star this property answer text <p>The Northern Ireland (Executive Formation and Exercise of Functions) Act provides for the increased clarity and assurance to enable Northern Ireland departments to continue to exercise their functions to take decisions where these are in the public interest.</p><p> </p><p>The funding to develop regional football grounds in Northern Ireland is a devolved matter, and Northern Ireland Office officials have engaged with their counterparts in the Northern Ireland Department for Communities. The department remains committed to delivering this programme and will seek decisions from incoming Ministers.</p><p> </p><p>These decisions should be taken by a fully functioning devolved government in Northern Ireland, and it remains the Government’s priority to work towards achieving that.</p> more like this

A total of £430 million from the financial annex to the Confidence and Supply Agreement has been allocated to the Northern Ireland block grant.
