star this property answer text <table><tbody><tr><td><p> </p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>No requests for information, made by the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) under Section 17 of the Criminal Appeal Act 1995 ’the Act’, were refused by public bodies in 2017.</p><p>Since 2010, the CCRC has never brought a judicial review against a public body because of its refusal to agree to a request for information under Section 17 of the Act.</p><p>The CCRC has never obtained any Crown Court Orders under Section 18A since this provision was enacted by an amendment to the Act in 2016.</p> more like this
