Any such payments are published in each department's audited annual accounts, and these accounts can be found in the Ministry of Defence Annual Report and Account Index where the severance pay for the right hon. Member for South Staffordshire will be published in 2020. The UK is one of only a handful of nations that meets the 2% target, and we remain the largest European Defence spender in NATO. The Integrated Review will consider all aspects of international policy from defence to diplomacy and development.
