unstar this property answer text <p>Helicopter GZ100, which is part of the Command Support Air Transport fleet, performed a defence tasking on 9 February 2024, travelling between Defence locations within the Southwest. Measurement of military aviation is primarily through recorded flight hours. While we do not record exact track miles flown by military aircraft, the rough total straight line round trip distance between those Defence locations was some 240 nautical miles.</p><p>Regarding passengers, I refer the right hon. Member to the answer given to PQ7873 from 15 of January 2024; “It has been the practice of successive Administrations not to publish granular information relating to the official movements of protected individuals, and/or official travel by any individual to military or secure locations”.</p><p> </p> more like this

unstar this property answer text <p>Ofsted is commissioned by Defence to provide Ministers with independent external oversight of initial training across Defence. They examine training establishment's provision of Care &amp; Welfare including self-assessment processes using the MOD specific Inspection Framework (MODIF).</p><p>This commission and its terms are set out in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreed between the MOD and Ofsted. Within this MoU Ofsted inspections across all 3 services cover: Phase 1 and Phase 2 Regular training establishments for Officers and other ranks, University Service Units and Phase 1 and Phase 2 Reserve Training.</p><p>Ofsted will seek to determine the progress made in addressing issues of duty of care, welfare and support for recruits and trainees within Initial Training.</p><p>Findings and recommendations are provided to the unit, with general MOD recommendations made in the published Annual Report to Ministers.</p> more like this

It does not include legal costs incurred by the Department or the claimant.</p><p>The data disclosed in the MOD common law compensation claims statistics, which are published separately to the Annual Report and Accounts, include all payments made including where appropriate reimbursement of the claimant's legal costs. This is the main reason why the values in the published common law compensation statistics are higher than those disclosed in the ARAc.</p> more like this
