The UK is one of only a handful of nations that meets the 2% target, and we remain the largest European Defence spender in NATO. The Integrated Review will consider all aspects of international policy from defence to diplomacy and development. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/09/2020 answer text <p>We recognise cyber as a domain of military operations alongside air, land, sea and space.</p><p> </p><p>Offensive cyber is now a critical part of our arsenal. Defence has integrated this into our military planning alongside the full range of military effects.
