This information could only be provided by interrogation of individual case records, which could only be achieved at disproportionate costs.</p><p>The UK Visa and Citizenship Application Service centre in Aberdeen, which provides enhanced services to customers, has 21 slots available per week. On average 87% of those slots have been filled from 3 December to 5 April. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/06/2019 answer text <p>Since September 2017, UK Visas &amp; Immigration has offered customers across the UK a free ‘Assisted Digital’ service. The service is designed to help people who need to use UK Visas &amp; Immigration online services but don’t have the appropriate access, skills or confidence to do so on their own. Support can be provided over the phone, at a local centre or in home with a trained tutor.</p><p>As of the 20th June, across the UK, there are over 300 centres across the UK supplemented by a network of over 60 tutors. In Scotland, there are 2 tutors offering in home support and 43 centres offering face to face support.</p><p>Customers should contact the Assisted Digital helpline on 03333 445 675 or by texting the word “VISA” to 07537 416 944 and they will be able to advise on the closest support centre. <br>The Assisted Digital service is available to all UKVI customers except for those applying through the following immigration routes, as support should be provided to them by their sponsoring employers or colleges</p><p>• Tier 1 (including entrepreneur and exceptional talent)<br>• Tier 2 (people working for a specific employer in the UK)<br>• Tier 4 (students in the UK)<br>In January 2019 the service was extended to support EU citizens and their family members applying for the EU Settlement Scheme.</p> answering member constituency Romsey and Southampton North answering member printed Caroline Nokes question first answered 27/06/2019 14:46:02 answering member 4048 label Biography information for Caroline Nokes

	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/06/2019 answer text <p>The Home Office does not separately record returns by the arrangements that support them including Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), with foreign countries and as such the information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost</p><p><br>The UK has a range of returns arrangements with receiving countries including bilateral MOU, EU Readmission Agreements, formal readmission agreements and informal operational arrangements which provide the basis for administrative removal and deportation. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government published the White Paper ;The UK’s future skills-based immigration system (Cm 9722) on 19 December 2018. The White Paper is the start of a new conversation and we have launched a year-long engagement programme to take the views of stakeholders across the UK to hear their priorities, concerns and ideas before policies and processes are finalised and the new system comes into force from January 2021. We are determined to ensure that the future system is efficient and able to respond to users’ needs.</p><p>We have already delivered around 30 events reaching well over 500 stakeholders, for example, business and employer representatives, including the Confederation of Business Industry, the Federation of Small Businesses, as well as those from the health and social care sector, the hospitality industry and the construction and automotive industries. We are holding discussions with sectors and also across the UK, and have already held events in Scotland and Northern Ireland, with events in Wales being scheduled for April This is in addition to our continued engagement and negotiations with the EU and international partners.</p><p>As part of this engagement, we have established a range of advisory groups to enable detailed discussions with private, public and voluntary sector employers and industry representatives.
